Digital downloads
All products sold by Lou Noire on Etsy are digital PDF files. You will NOT receive any hard copy by standard mail to your home address. So check your email inbox, not your mailbox.
Some products from Lou Noire are sold in hard copy on Amazon. You will find the specific links on the products.

Noneditable files
The PDF file you receive is noneditable.
How to print
All products from Lou Noire sold on Etsy are delivered in a PDF file. Lou Noire recommends the program Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files with, and you can download it for free here at Adobe.
Add toner to the printer and fill it with standard letter / A4 paper (80g). If you want the print in a better quality, buy some heavier paper. Please note that the colors shown on the products may vary depending on the computer/device and the printer you are printing on.
You will get the best printout result if you save the PDF file on your computer. If you choose to print the file directly from the screen, the design may shift. Remember to choose the printout in color.
Please note! Lou Noire does not provide additional support in connection with printing products.
Returns & exchanges
Lou Noire doesn’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on products sold through Etsy and Amazon. But please contact Lou Noire if you have any problems with your order.
