How long will it take to receive my order?

When you have completed your payment with PayPal, you will receive your order straight away in your email inbox.

Where are my files?

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here’s how:

  • Please make sure, that you give the correct email in the order form, since you will receive your order at the email provided by you
  • You can pay only by PayPal. If you don’t have or don’t want to have a PayPayl account, you can pay by credit card with PayPal. Read more about PayPal here: PayPal Help Center
  • If your order doesn’t turn up in your email inbox, here is what you can do:
    • First check your spam folder or junk email folder (How do I do that?)
    • If you have entered a wrong email, please contact Lou Noire through the Contact Form. Your order will then be forwarded to the correct email address

Where is my hard copy?

All products sold by Lou Noire are in the form of digital PDF files. You will NOT receive any books, printouts, booklets etc. by post. Only a PDF file in your email inbox.

Will I be able to edit the digital file myself?

No. the digital files you will receive are NOT editable.

How do I get the best printing result?

Please download and the the file to your computer. Printing on A4 / standard letter paper (80 g) will give you nice colours and a good quality print.

Can I only pay by PayPal?

Yes, Lou Noire has chosen PayPal as the payment service for this page. If you don’t have a PayPal Account, you can pay by credit card. Read more about PayPal here: PayPal Help Center

Can I get a refund?

As the products are digital, refunds are not accepted.

Lou Noire doesn’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please do contact Lou Noire if you have any problems with your order.

Can I send the files on to my friend, dog sitter, teacher etc.?

No. The products made by Lou Noire and sold through www.lounoire.com are for personal use only and may only be used by the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to share, lend, copy, publish, sell or resell the product to others or use the product in any other way that may violate the copyright of Lou Noire.

Do you make custom orders?

No, not for the time being.
