Where is my order?

Once you have placed your order in the shop and finalized your payment, your order will be sent immediately. If you do not receive your order witin a couple of minutes, this can be due to two reasons:

  • Your order has ended up in the spam filter in your email inbox
  • You have entered an incorrect email address

How to find your order in the spam filter

Unfortunately, sometimes your order from Lou Noire ends up in the spam filter or in your junk mail. If you can’t find your order in your email inbox within a few minutes, start by checking your spam filter or junk filter. You can also search for “Lou Noire” in the search box of your e-mail – then your order should appear!

Also remember to add Lou Noire to the list of safe senders – that way, your next order will go directly into the inbox. How do I do that?

Still can’t find your order?

If you still can not find your order, it may be because you have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact Lou Noire via the Contact Form or at fun@lounoire.com – or call: +45 42 54 57 84 – please check your standard rates before making international calls!. Your order will then be sent again to the correct address.

Where is my hard copy?

All products sold by Lou Noire are in the form of digital PDF files. You will NOT receive any books, printouts, booklets etc. by post. Only a PDF file in your email inbox.

How to find your product on your computer

The email you receive with your order will contain a download link that you need to click on:
Where is my order?Now, one of the following will happen:

1. A new window opens.
2. A file appears in your “Downloads” folder.
3. Both things happen.

In any case, you need to locate your “Downloads” folder. How do I do that?
