25 Paper Houses for an Advent Calendar

What’s Included?
The package consists of templates for 25 paper houses, numbered from 1 to 25. The houses are designed in PDF format, ready for download and printing. Please note that the PDF file cannot be edited.
NOTE: The Christmas houses come empty. The lovely glitter twine is available at multiple stores online.
Do you need an Advent Calender with 24 boxes?
Please note, that the PDF file contains templates for 25 houses – but if you’re making an Advent calendar with 24 boxes, you can still use this Advent calendar perfectly fine. Just refrain from printing the 25th house, then you’re all good!
Here’s how you do it!
Click the black button above to go to Etsy, where the item is sold. Select US Letter (if you live in the United States or Canada) or A4 (rest of the world). Add the product to your Cart and proceed to Checkout. Complete your purchase – and then check your email inbox! Download the PDF file and save it to your computer. The PDF file cannot be edited.
Print the houses in color on A4 / 8.5″x11″ paper. Tips for easy printing! Begin by cutting out the houses, then fold edges and flaps to create a small box. Apply glue to the white flaps and press the houses together. Start building the house around the white base, then fold the roof inward. Place a small gift or a coupon inside the house before gluing the roof onto the white flaps. Make small holes in the red flaps at the top and tie them together.
How to create a hanging advent calendar: Find a large branch and attach it to the ceiling. Hang the 25 paper houses from the smaller branches.
How to create a Christmas landscape: Use a tray or windowsill to craft a Christmas landscape with the houses and add small plastic trees, cotton as snow and maybe some Christmas elfs.
What you’ll need
To assemble the houses, you will need scissors and a glue stick, optionally a ruler and a hole puncher, as well as string to close and hang up the houses.
