Strawberry Daiquiri is a wonderful cocktail for the beach or bright summer nights on the terrace. The lovely taste of fresh strawberries with an undertone of rum, fits perfectly with a hot summer day.

Ingredients for a Strawberry Daiquiri
A Strawberry Daiquiri looks great in a Margarita glass or in a Hurricane glass. If you do not have any of those at hand, you can easily just use a large wine glass. You will also need a blender to crush the ice cubes. And please don’t use your hand blender; you need something powerfull! For 1 cocktail you’ll need:
- 5 cl light room
- 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 large strawberries
- ½ teaspoon icing sugar
- 2 dl ice cubes
- 1 extra strawberry for garnish
Here’s how you do it
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Let it run until the mixture is thick and liquid.
- Carefully pour it into a glass and garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
